Thought I'd share a few of my favorite cake truffles that I've done, and since I was lucky enough to talk Sara at Sara Rogers Photography into photographing them for me, I have beautiful pictures with which to share them. I'd say that makes you and me both pretty lucky, doesn't it? Enjoy (and watch for more to come)!
Mocha fudge cake, with chocolate frosting, dipped in coffee-flavored chocolate. Perfect for coffee break!

Perfectly pink, and sweet and decadent, too - strawberry cake and frosting,
covered in rich, sweet chocolate. Divine!
For a simple "thank you" gift, for a wedding reception, or for a treat just
because you deserve one, cake truffles are sure to bring a smile to the face of
everyone you share them with!
